1. Introduction
Welcome to Parabolic (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Parabolic”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://parabolic-2.webflow.io (the “Website”) and any associated products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Services Description
Parabolic provides an automated trading system (the “Bot”) that connects to supported cryptocurrency exchange APIs (for example via Bybit) and enables Telegram-native execution of trades, based on real-time intelligence, token listing/delisting alerts, and other automated signals. As described on our Website, the Bot is engineered for speed, autonomy and precision; it removes manual trading latency and aims to capture opportunities in Web3 markets.
3. Eligibility and Account Setup
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Services.
3.2 You must be legally eligible to enter into binding contracts and not be barred from using our Services under applicable laws.
3.3 You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and any connected exchange accounts.
3.4 You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activity performed under your account or API key, including any trades executed by the Bot.
4. Risk Disclosure
4.1 The Services involve high risk, including but not limited to cryptocurrency trading, market volatility, exchange risk, system glitches, slippage and losses. Cryptocurrencies and crypto-assets are speculative and may fluctuate significantly.
4.2 Past performance and any “hit rate” or performance metrics shown on the Website do not guarantee future results. For example, while we may state a “90%+ hit rate” under certain backtests, actual performance may differ substantially.
4.3 You understand and accept that you may lose part or all of your invested or allocated funds. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
4.4 We provide no guarantee of profit or avoidance of loss. The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis and use is at your own risk.
5. Third-Party Integrations and API Connections
5.1 The Services may require you to link or configure API keys to supported exchanges (such as Bybit) or other third-party platforms. You authorize us to access data from, and send commands to, such connected accounts through your API configuration.
5.2 We are not responsible for the reliability, uptime or policies of any third-party exchange or platform. If an exchange suspends service, changes API rules, or fails in any respect, we are not liable for resulting losses or inability to execute trades.
5.3 You remain responsible for complying with your exchange’s terms of service, API usage rules, margin or leverage requirements, tax obligations, and any local regulations applicable to your use of the Services.
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 We may charge you fees for use of the Bot or Services (subscription, performance-based, or one-time). All such fees and billing terms will be clearly displayed on the Website or in your account dashboard.
6.2 You agree to pay all applicable fees when due, and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
6.3 Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a separate agreement.
6.4 We reserve the right to change our fee structure, charges or payment terms, giving you advance notice of any material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Website and Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, algorithms, trade-execution logic, data feeds, and other materials (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to Parabolic and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or business trading purposes, subject to these Terms.
7.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our Content without our express prior written permission.
7.4 You retain ownership of your own data, account information and trading outcomes, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use aggregated, anonymised data for analytics, benchmarking or improvement of our Services.

9.1 You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by closing your account and ceasing use of the Bot.
9.2 We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms or if you discontinue offering the Services.
9.3 Upon termination, your rights and licenses under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 4 (Risk Disclosure), 7 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 12 (Disclaimer), 13 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction) and any other provisions which by their nature survive termination shall continue.
9.4 Any fees or obligations owed by you prior to termination remain payable.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parabolic (including its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or if no fees, USD 100).
10.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of certain liabilities; in such case the foregoing limitations may not apply.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Parabolic and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12.1 The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
12.2 We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of results.
12.3 We do not warrant that trades executed by the Bot will be profitable or that market conditions will be favourable.
12.4 You acknowledge that you are entering into risky markets and no advice or recommendation is given — you should seek independent financial, tax, trading or legal advice as needed.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
